It wasn't until I had uploaded this photo that I noticed how the sun in the background had given me little starbursts on the edges of the raindrop.
Yesterday morning I took advantage of the break in the weather to get some macro shots of raindrops. It wasn't until I had uploaded this photo that I noticed how the sun in the background had given me little starbursts on the edges of the raindrop. 1/40 sec, f 7.1, ISO 500, focal length 100mm I liked the effect of the drops on the feather - I just wished I had noticed the piece of grass when I took the shot. 1/40, f /10, ISO 500, focal length 100mm (for both of these shots)

Wow, i really need to look at these on the big screen - I have only just seen the starbursts - pretty.
