As well as taking heaps of photos for the daily prompt, I also took quite a lot of macro shots of tiny flowers around the yard. However, I will post them tomorrow. While I'm at it I will also put up some of the ones that didn't make it for today's prompt.
I must admit that I'm not too sure about this take on the prompt. We were trying to think outside the box for something other than the obvious. Amongst other ideas we came to a skeleton as a frame for a body and then I remembered I had this ... not exactly an internal skeleton, rather an exoskeleton and one that had been left behind in the garden. Any guesses? While I was playing around with angles I happened to get the light coming through and really liked the transparency that gave to the skin and how it highlighted the structures that made up the exoskeleton. Perhaps I should have made the aperture a little narrower to get more in focus, but I kind of like the mystery as to what it might be :-)
Off to make dinner ...
