No photos of a beautifully set table with an amazing food spread for today's photo, unfortunately. This is really what is on our dining room table at the moment, and probably for another couple of days.
A little while ago we had the large window in our bedroom replaced by a sliding glass door. Rather than let the window go to the dump, we decided to reuse it. We have an office in one corner of our shed with a small window, so we thought we would take out the small window and replace it with the larger one.
The builder came early this morning to do the job. Everything needed to be taken out of the office yesterday afternoon because of the possibility of being covered by dust and other debris. Most things were able to be put in cupboards and drawers, but we moved the electronic gear into the house. Can you tell we are a Mac house?
It's amazing how much of a difference the larger window makes. I've just been down to have a look and not only does it let a lot more light in, it now gives us a nice view (the other window was quite high) and more breeze. The plan is to now reuse the smaller window in the workshop part of the shed - again for more light and breeze.
