Oh dear, I'm late, I'm late ... I always seem to be late updating the blog but I do take the photo on the correct day.
Last night my daughter and I went to hear the four finalists play in the Lev Vlassenko biennial piano competition held in Brisbane - after a lovely dinner out at The Kitchen Door. Each of the finalists presented a piano concerto and played with the Queensland Symphony Orchestra. We had seats in the front row and as you can see, we were in a great position to see the players' fingers on the keyboard. They presented works by Prokofiev, Beethoven, Handel and Tchaikovsky. What talent and such a great experience for them to be playing with the QSO.
I figure that aspirations is most apt for this prompt.
This photo was taken on my iPhone as the QSO were warming up before the first contestant came onstage. I've adjusted the clarity and reduced the noise to improve the look of the photo.
