I was really hoping to find a good piece of graffiti, as some of the work can be really quite artistic. However, I didn't have any luck. Not that I went driving around as I had a footy game to photograph, a morning tea with my daughter planned and then had people coming over for dinner. I did ask my daughter-in-law who has lived in Beenleigh for quite a number of years if she knew of any good graffiti around the place but she didn't know of any, so that was the end of that idea.
Outside the Beenleigh courthouse there is some street art. There are a number of big concrete block chairs and cubes that have a mixture of mosaics, words and other images on them. The mosaic below is a large circular piece that the chairs surround. It is quite interesting with the variety of art work it contains. I'm not sure of its history, but I wonder whether some of the young people in Beenleigh have been involved in its creation.
