Ok, I'm running a wee bit behind - although I did take the required photos yesterday. Just a little slow getting them posted.
I've decided to put up the alternatives that are provided with the daily prompt. So while the main theme is 'fence', there can be the other interpretations as well. There aren't very many really interesting fences around here as being acreage they're either rather standard log and chain or often non-existent. However, there is one house on our street that has a lovely white picket fence along the front, so I thought that would be the one to take a photo of for the prompt. I did take photos of the fences around the yard but they really weren't terribly interesting shots.
We headed out to visit Reuben, Tiffany and Ethan yesterday afternoon and then onto dinner at the Beechmere Tavern. Although I'm not usually a big user of the iPhone for photography, I thought I'd keep it handy just in case I came across something that could be used for my daily prompt. It was useful for some shots of 'barrier' and 'a leading line'. But I did like the photograph of the sunset I took on the iPhone on the way into where they live - in the ones that didn't make it - remember to scroll to the bottom of the page to see recent uploads.
Here is the photo of the white picket fence taken with my iPhone and edited in Lightroom. I liked the morning sun on the gate and tops of the shrubs.
