I didn't have any idea of what I was going to do for the prompt until quite late in the day - which is why it's only just going up now. Steve's idea was to photograph a bottle of wine that had 'reserve' on the label. So by wine o'clock time I went looking for a bottle of wine with reserve on it. No such luck. We don't have fancy wines like that sitting in our wine fridge. Great. Next idea? None really.
By this time it was getting late and dinner need to be made. Seeing that we have a bit of an over-supply of eggs at the moment quiche was on the menu. We never eat a full quiche so the left over is either eaten the next night or frozen for another day. However, in honour of the prompt, I kept some pieces in reserve for Steve's lunch. And that's about all I could think of by that time of night.
I haven't added this to the food blog, as this really is my own invention and I wouldn't have a clue as to what amounts of anything went in. It's a vegetarian quiche with home grown eggplant and cherry tomatoes (and of course our own free range eggs). It also has zucchini, onion, garlic, capsicum, mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, oregano, dukkah, pepper and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper. Hmm, maybe I should add it.
I keep forgetting to put in the exposure information and will try and get back to the ones I've missed. Because of the artificial light, this needed quite a bit of adjustment to get the colours more accurate. The white border is an e-vignette preset called Burnt Edge White.
