Cling: Grasp | Embrace | Hug
Autumn has finally arrived and the daylight hours are getting shorter. There's not as much lovely warm sunlight now in the afternoons for taking photos, so I have to be quick to get the light in my shots.
I'm running with capturing the last of the afternoon sun for the prompt of cling. The top two photos are surprisingly different depending on how I've processed them in Lightroom. The top one has the sun right behind the flowers so I've had to lighten the exposure to get the flowers in colour. In the second shot I was in a different position in relation to the sun, so the colour and exposure was much better. I've added a really warm tone to the second shot.

This one is of a bit of grass that was glowing in the last of the afternoon sun. I just loved the colours.
I do hope that everyone in Far North Queensland stays safe over the next couple of days as cyclone Ita crosses the coast and continues on its way.
